Location: SW9, Oval, Greater London

Salary/Rate: £35,000 – £45,000/annum depends on experience

Location: Client Head Office (flexible working policy, typically the IT team do 3 days in and 2 days at home – Monday is a mandatory day in the office)

Our client is a FTSE 250 listed Real Estate Investment Trust and a member of the European Public Real Estate Association. Established in 1987, and listed on the London Stock Exchange since 1993, they manages 4.7 million sq. ft. of business space across 77 properties in London and the South East.

Objectives:
To work closely with the project manager and other developers in the team to establish technical solutions for business needs
 

Main Responsibilities:
• Design, build and test Dynamics 365 modules like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, F&0 using PowerApps, Power Automate
• Design, build and test website and front end integrations through other internal and external solutions.
• Work closely with creatives, developers, and the project manager for systems solutions
• Work with the senior developers and build to customise integrations connected to systems applications.
• Day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of systems in test and production operations to address the ever-changing technology stacks in use and new business requirements.
• Optimise existing systems and conduct performance tuning.
• Undertake regular weekly and monthly recurring tasks such as data maintenance for the sales CRM.
• Ensure all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology, version control, appropriate testing, and risk guidelines.
• Perform user acceptance testing and validate results to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide and maintain supporting documentation and relevant procedures to ensure that the rest of the team members can manage the environment during periods of absence.

Personal specification: 

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 with Sales/Customer Service or similar modules. 
  • Knowledge of Power Automate 
  • Experience of Dataverse transforming business requirements into functioning applications  
  • Data or equivalent commercial experience 
  • Knowledge of MS Technologies or other websites, systems and platforms developing features, making changes, including testing, delivering updates and training new features 

Essentially, you will be migrating CRM to Cloud, no prior experience is needed but this is part of the job you will be doing. You will need the ability to support the current system while they migrate CRM to Cloud

Ideally someone who has 1-2 years experience in this role.
