About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Van Drivers to join a fast-paced distribution team based in the High Wycombe area. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of goods to commercial properties across the local region.

Ensure all Plant Rooms, BMS Room and Storage Facilities are both clean and tidy with regular weekly inspections carried out.

To make sure any plant withdrawn from service is isolated, locked and tagged correctly and tracked until back in service using both email correspondence and the Shift Log Book.

Assist the Contract Manager by advising of any PPM’s that are outstanding and will affect the performance of the Building or Client Reports, to ensure zero failure.

Prioritise PPM’s to ensure all works are completed on schedule and relevant paperwork is completed to a constant high standard. 

Ensure any issued PPM’s and Reactive tasks are recovered from the Shift team before end of shift, and that the CAFM is updated to avoid overdue activities.

Ensure 0% failure on reactive tasks by clearing tasks from CAFM system or intelligently extending.

Take ownership of impending service delivery failures, implementing appropriate mitigating action(s) and engage with Contract Manager to resolve.

Will need to allocate work to the shift team to ensure that they are fully utilised through the shift.

Manage shift roster and shift cover.

Produce technical  reports as required by Contract Manager.

Form part of the emergency call out response team.

Will need to manage the permit to work system whilst on shift.

Will be required to produce update SOPs/EOPs as required.

Will be required to stand in for the Contract manager as and when required.

Provide Shift cover for leave and sickness.

To assist the Contract Manager in programming critical maintenance activities.

Assume ownership and accountability of the Shift Team output when on duty.
