Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food packing facility. This includes managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, supervising staff. The Production Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure operational efficiency, manage inventory, and implement process improvements to meet production targets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

To be part of a small team providing a Facilities Service Desk for all Clients, across their UK estates.  This involves direct telephone and email contact with the Customers and suppliers, who will be located in a number of sites throughout the country.

Key Tasks:

• Assist the Service Desk Manager with reactive requests, quotes and scheduled tasks
• To take calls and emails from Customers, the staff occupying the buildings, being both helpful and polite
