We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join one of our Facilities Management Client working on various sites within Surrey, Hampshire and London. 

These sites include MoD, Hospitals and commercial properties.

Successful applicants will be required to complete and pass security vetting for this role.

Successful applicants should be fully qualified, highly motivated with an ability to work alone and as part of a team. 

The work will involve maintenance, commercial installations and Periodic inspecting and testing.

·         ECS Gold card holder 

·         Testing 2391 qualified with practical hands on inspection & testing experience

·         BS 7671 18th edition regulations desirable.

Electrician can go straight to client’s sites from Home.

Basic duties:

Emptying of waste and recycling bins, wash as needed and add new liners.
Dusting and wiping surfaces.
Vacuuming carpet areas.

This innovative firm has a client base comprising private clients, owner-managed businesses and large international subsidiaries and has a specialist team acting for international businesses, advising on international tax for firms looking to establish overseas offices and foreign companies investing in the UK.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in providing VAT Advisory Services to existing clients and offer specialist VAT advice on complicated transactions.

As VAT Manager your responsibilities will include:

· To be actively responsible for all commercial aspects of VAT work undertaken and optimising financial outcomes, leading and managing the firms VAT advisory services provided to both existing clients and on new assignments and projects
· Conduct in-depth reviews of clients’ business tax systems to establish if their VAT is being dealt with thoroughly and accurately and advise on a beneficial VAT structure ensuring compliance and payments are made on time
· Contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of indirect tax services to the client
· Have input into the development of consultancy work and projects for the firm as a whole, cross selling to other departments and assist colleagues with general VAT advice to clients
· Review prepared VAT returns; liaise and negotiate with HMRC on behalf of clients
· Plan and manage assignments ensuring completion to high standards and within budget
· To contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and networking to win new clients
· Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and communicate effectively to enable partners and staff to enhance their VAT awareness
· Assisting the firm’s training function, as required
· Managing the successful delivery of VAT projects, ensuring technical excellence and practical/business driven approach is taken
The requirements for this role are as follows:

· Be qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CTA with 3-4 years tax/VAT experience within practice

As Outsourcing Manager your responsibilities will include:

· Being the primary day-to-day contact for an allocated portfolio of clients, taking responsibility for all duties up to and including the production of (often complex) management information
· Data processing activities to include bank transactions, sales and purchase ledger items, expense claims and all other general ledger postings, journals etc
· Analytically review results and analyse key performance indicators for your clients
· Ensure that allocated teams are keeping all accounting systems up to date and accurate within the agree time frames
· Review VAT returns, EC sales lists and Intrastat returns

· Liaise and collaborate with other departments to identifying cross-selling opportunities
· Promote the interests of the firm to clients, prospective clients and other third parties
· Assist with portfolio allocation across the wider team and monitor time allocations, budgets and deadlines, including data insight for internal management reporting and checklist monitoring
· Line manage and develop more junior members of the team.

Replenishment Support Assistant

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

Provide merchandising support to store by replenishing stock as directed, including working back of house.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Fill areas of Ambient, Fresh and Frozen Foods as directed by the Team Leader/ Store Section Manager to the agreed Company standards, working with pace and productivity,
· Replenish all fixtures to Company display standard,
· Carryout all warehouse functions, safe and timely movement of stock,
· Where directed, unload stock from vehicles in a safe manner, in line with Store Operating Procedures,
· Ensure the safe movement of stock to and from the shop floor,
· Ensure all rubbish and empty cages are cleared from the shop floor on a regular basis,
· Assist Store Colleagues, when requested with the stowing of warehouse stock to Company standard,
· Manage the disposal of rubbish,
· Ensure back of house areas are kept clear and tidy at all times,
· Ensure the cold chain is maintained at all times when working in Fresh/Frozen Foods,
