Our Client manufacturers of high quality sauces are looking to employ an Operational Administrator.
OVERALL OBJECTIVE
As an Operational Administrator you will support in the smooth running of the Operations team all things related to administration and will be based in Production Office on the shop floor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To facilitate the smooth running of operational administration and the general administration required
To carry out stock investigations and correct the relevant system where required
To communicate any stock issues to the Production Supervisor/ Manager
To carry out any ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Management
Create the weekly agency time sheets
To carry out general stock administration
Accurately complete all paperwork in a timely manner
To communicate and liaise with other department when necessary
To have flexible working patterns
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous administration experience is essential
Strong communication skills
Well organised and able to prioritise
Ability to use own initiative
Must have Computer Skills with particularly Microsoft Excel.
Hours of Work : Mon – Friday ( 6.00 am to 14.00 pm )
